Regulated Utilities means Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Entergy Gulf States, Inc., Entergy Louisiana, Inc., Entergy New Orleans, Inc., Entergy Mississippi, Inc., System Energy Resources, Inc., Entergy Operations Inc., System Fuels, Inc. and Service Company and such other similar subsidiaries as Entergy shall create whose activities and operations are primarily related to the domestic sale of electric energy at retail or at wholesale to affiliates, or the provision of services thereto.

Regulated Utilities means Golden State Water Company, a California corporation, and any other utility acquired by the Corporation which is designated a “regulated utility” by the Committee.
