Regulated Member definition

Regulated Member means a person who is registered as a member under section 33(1)(a) of the HPA.

Regulated Member means a person who is registered as a member under the regulations;

Regulated Member means an individual registered on a register referred to in Section 2 of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Profession Regulation; and
