Registration Condition definition

Registration Condition means the receipt by the Trustee of the Registration Documents; and
Registration Condition means the receipt by the Trustee of:
Registration Condition means that the resale of the Conversion Shares shall have been registered under the Securities Act and that such registration continues to be effective and available for such resale.

Registration Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I to this Agreement.

Registration Condition means (i) the completion of the Cross-Border Security Registration before the SAFE Registration Deadline and (ii) the receipt of the certificate and supporting documents by the Trustee and the publication of the notice to Bondholders within five PRC Business Days after the completion of the Cross-Border Security Registration as set out in Condition 3(c)(ii); and
