Register Book definition

Register Book means the register book recording particulars of the Bondholders or other source of registration information relating to the transfer, pledge, attachment, issuance of new Bond Certificates and other matters related to the Bonds according to the rules and procedures prescribed pursuant to the laws governing securities and exchange and regulations of the SEC.
Register Book means the register book of the Debentures recording particulars of the Debentureholders or other sources of registration information relating to the transfer, pledge, attachment, issue of new Debenture Certificates and other matters related to the Debentures according to the relevant rules and procedures prescribed pursuant to the laws governing securities and notifications of the SEC.

Register Book means the Register Book kept in pursuance of the Registration of Titles Act.
