Refurbish definition

Refurbish or "Refurbishment" shall mean the routine repainting or redecoration of public areas within the Leased Premises, as necessary, including the replacement or repair of worn carpet, tile, furniture, or furnishings.
Refurbish means to rebuild or substantially modify an existing electricity generating resource of 30 megawatts or greater.
Refurbish means to clean or otherwise change the appearance without making significant changes in the existing physical structure of a facility.

Refurbish means to restore a Qualified PC to a functional state where it is suitable for a new owner. Upgrading the PC does not include upgrading the central processing unit (CPU).
