Refunding Instructions definition

Refunding Instructions means the Irrevocable Refunding Instructions dated as of the Closing Date, between the District and the Escrow Agent, relating to the refunding and discharge of certain of the Refunded Bonds.

Refunding Instructions means the Irrevocable Refunding Instructions executed by the Successor Agency and delivered to the Prior Bonds Trustee, relating to the administration of funds for the payment and redemption of the 2002 Series A Bonds, the 2002 Series B Bonds and the 2009 Notes.

"Refunding Instructions - 2006B-XX Xxxxx (Taxable)" means the Irrevocable Refunding Instructions relating to the Series 2006B-XX Xxxxx (and funded through the issuance of the Series 2015-T Bonds) dated the Closing Date with respect to the 2015 Bonds and given by the Successor Agency to the trustee for the Series 2006B-XX Xxxxx. "Refunding Instructions - 2006C-XX Xxxxx" means the Irrevocable Refunding Instructions relating to the Series 2006C-XX Xxxxx dated the Closing Date with respect to the 2015 Bonds and given by the Successor Agency to the trustee for the Series 2006C-XX Xxxxx.
