Refund Account definition

Refund Account means the account opened with the Refund Bank, from which refunds, if any, of the whole or part of the Bid Amount to the Bidders shall be made;
Refund Account means the account opened with the Refund Bank from which refunds, if any, of the whole or part of the Bid Amount shall be made to Anchor Investors.
Refund Account means the the ‘no-lien’ and ‘non-interest bearing’ accounts to be opened with the Refund Bank, from which refunds, if any, of the whole or part, of the Bid Amount to the Anchor Investors shall be made.
