Referral Source definition
Referral Source has the meaning set forth in Section 7.07(b).
Referral Source means any person or entity that, directly or indirectly, refers customers or business to the Company.
Referral Source means an individual or entity who makes a referral to Anderson Healthcare, who directs another person or entity to make a referral, or who controls referrals made by another person or entity. The term “Referral Source” also includes the professional corporation of which the individual is a sole owner.

No Obligor, nor any Material Subsidiary thereof, directly or indirectly, has guaranteed a loan, made a payment toward a loan or otherwise subsidized a loan for any Referral Source including, without limitation, any loans related to financing the Referral Source’s ownership, investment or financial interest in any Obligor or any such Material Subsidiary in any manner that could reasonably be expected to constitute a violation of Health Care Law.

Referral Source means any individuals, companies, or government entities with which the Company has a business relationship, that refer Customers or projects or leads for Customers or projects to the Company. 1.8. “Trade Secret(s)” means information defined as a trade secret by the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016, the Louisiana Uniform Trade Secrets Act, or other applicable law. 1.9. “Vendors and Suppliers” means any individuals, companies, or government entities that supply materials or services to the Company in furtherance of the Business of the Company, regardless of whether or not they are also a Competing Business.
Referral Source means a Physician or other person or entity that can influence or recommend the purchasing, leasing, ordering or arranging for any goods, facility, item or service paid for, in whole or in part, by a federal or state healthcare program. It is anyone (including his/her/its Immediate Family Members) who has the capacity to refer or influence the flow of Medicare/Medicaid or other Federal Healthcare Program business to another party including anyone who has referred a patient to the Tenet Entity in the past or who is reasonably anticipated to refer a patient to the Tenet Entity in the future. This definition includes instances when a Tenet Entity or facility is the party in a position to refer or influence the referral of Federal Healthcare Program Business to a vendor. Examples of Referral Sources are listed on Exhibit A.
