Reference Treasury Dealers definition

Reference Treasury Dealers means (1) X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. government securities dealer (“Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) at the option of the Company, additional Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Company.
Reference Treasury Dealers means each of: (i) X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and a Primary Treasury Dealer (as defined below) selected by U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. (or their respective successors) and (ii) two additional primary U.S. government securities dealers (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”) selected by the Company. If any of the foregoing ceases to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company will substitute another Primary Treasury Dealer in its place.
Reference Treasury Dealers means any four nationally recognized investment banking firms, and their successors, selected by the Government that are each also a primary U.S. Government securities dealer. If any Reference Treasury Dealer shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer, the Government will substitute another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a primary U.S. Government securities dealer.
