Reference Treasury Dealers definition
Reference Treasury Dealers means (1) ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. government securities dealer (“Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) at the option of the Company, additional Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Company.
Reference Treasury Dealers means (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated and ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC (or their affiliates that are Primary Treasury Dealers) and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute therefore another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) any other Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Company.
Reference Treasury Dealers means (1) Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and UBS Securities LLC and their successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. government securities dealer in the United States (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”) the Company will substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) any other Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Premium Calculation Agent after consultation with the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealers means any four nationally recognized investment banking firms, and their successors, selected by the Company that are each also a primary U.S. Government securities dealer (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”); provided, however, that if any Reference Treasury Dealer shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer, the Company shall substitute another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Treasury Dealer.
Reference Treasury Dealers means (a) ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBS Securities Inc., UBS Securities LLC and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC (or any of their respective affiliates which are Primary Treasury Dealers), and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in the United States of America (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company will substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer, and (b) any other Primary Treasury Dealer(s) selected by the Company.
Reference Treasury Dealers means each of: (i) ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and a Primary Treasury Dealer (as defined below) selected by U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. (or their respective successors) and (ii) two additional primary U.S. government securities dealers (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”) selected by the Company. If any of the foregoing ceases to be a Primary Treasury Dealer, the Company will substitute another Primary Treasury Dealer in its place.

Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and a primary treasury dealer selected by SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. or their respective affiliates or successors; provided that, if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer; and (ii) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Company.

Reference Treasury Dealers means one or more primary U.S. Government securities dealer(s) in New York City selected by the Company.
Reference Treasury Dealers means, with respect to any Redemption Date for the Notes, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and their respective successors (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Treasury Dealers, as defined below); provided, however, that if any such firm or its successor (or, if applicable, any such affiliate), as the case may be, ceases to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in the United States (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute therefor another Primary Treasury Dealer.
