The outstanding principal amount of the Loan shall bear interest, as provided below, at the Applicable Interest Rate from time to time in effect based upon the LIBOR Fixed Rate or when specifically so provided in this Agreement, based upon either the Reference Rate plus the Reference Rate Margin or the LIBOR Floating Rate.
Interest shall accrue and be payable on each such Reference Rate Loan at a per annum interest rate equal to the Reference Rate plus the Applicable Reference Rate Margin.
The Reference Rate Margin shall be increased by one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) effective on the first day of each calendar quarter, commencing with the calendar quarter beginning on April 1, 1997.
