Reference Obligation Notional Amount definition

Reference Obligation Notional Amount means the amount listed in Schedule 1 hereto as reduced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, but subject to all other provisions of this Confirmation, the Reference Obligation Notional Amount in respect of a Reference Obligation may be equal to, less than or greater than either (i) the entire issue amount of such Reference Obligation; or (ii) the entire principal amount of such Reference Obligation, if any, held by Buyer.
Reference Obligation Notional Amount means, on the Effective Date with respect to a Reference Obligation, the product of: (i) the Original Principal Amount; (ii) the Initial Factor; and (iii) the Applicable Percentage.
Reference Obligation Notional Amount or "RONA" means an amount placed on deposit with the Reference Entity by the Issuer upon issue of the Certificates, which amount may be reduced or increased in the manner set out in Collateral Security Condition 3.2(b).
