Reference Market-Maker definition

Reference Market-Maker means a leading dealer in the relevant market that is selected in a commercially reasonable manner and is not an affiliate of either party.
Reference Market-Maker means five leading dealers in the relevant market selected by the party determining the Market Quotation in good faith (a) from among dealers which are rated not lower than investment grade by S&P and Moody's which satisfy the criteria that such party applies generally at that time in deciding whether to offer or make an extension of credit and (b) to the extent practicable, from among dealers having an office in the same city.
Reference Market-Maker means any broker in energy products who is not an Affiliate of Buyer or Seller.

More Definitions of Reference Market-Maker

Reference Market-Maker will not have the meaning specified in Section 14, but will instead mean the following:
Reference Market-Maker means a leading dealer in the electric energy market that is not an Related Entity of either Party (or of a Trade Organization) and that is selected by a Party in good faith among dealers of the highest credit standing which satisfy all the criteria that such Party applies generally at the time in deciding whether to offer or to make an extension of credit. Such dealer may be represented by a broker.
Reference Market-Maker means any marketer, trader or seller of or dealer in firm energy products whose long-term unsecured senior debt is rated BBB or better by Standard & Poor's and Baa2 or better by Xxxxx'x Investor Services.
Reference Market-Maker means any broker in energy products or exchange that is not an Affiliate of Buyer or DS Supplier.
Reference Market-Maker means five leading dealers in the relevant market selected by the party determining the Market Quotation in good faith (a) from among dealers which are rated not lower than investment grade by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services ("S&P") and Moody's Investors Service, Inc. ("Moody's") which satisfy the criteria that such party applies generally at that time in deciding whether to offer or make an extension of credit and (b) to the extent practicable, from among dealers having an office in the same city.
Reference Market-Maker means five brokers or market makers of securities such as the relevant Reference Bond selected by the Calculation Agent or such other five persons operating in the market for securities such as the Reference Bond as are selected by the Calculation Agent; and Reinvestment Rate means, with respect to any Optional Redemption Date (i) the rate per annum equal to the equivalent yield to maturity of the Reference Bond or, if there is more than one Reference Bond, the arithmetic average of the equivalent yields to maturity of the Reference Bonds, interpolated on a straight-line basis in accordance with customary financial practice, calculated on the Reinvestment Rate Determination Date specified in the applicable Final Terms using a price for each Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of the principal amount of the Reference Bond(s)) equal to its Reference Bond Price for such Optional Redemption Date, plus (ii) the Reinvestment Margin.
Reference Market-Maker means any marketer, trader or seller of or dealer in energy products whose long-term unsecured senior debt has an Investment Grade rating.
