Reference Exchange Rate definition

Reference Exchange Rate means the exchange rate which is used as the basis to calculate any currency exchange and which is made available by the payment service provider or comes from a publicly available source;
Reference Exchange Rate means the foreign exchange rate used as a basis in the calculation of each currency exchange and which is rendered available by the Payment Service Provider or originates from a source available to the public.
Reference Exchange Rate means, in respect of any one currency that is to be converted into another currency in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the buying rate of such currency as of 12:00 noon on the relevant date notified by the State Bank of india, and in absence of such rate, the average of similar rates notified by Bank of India and Bank of Baroda.
