Examples of Reference Entities in a sentence
Subject to Paragraph 7.5 of the General Terms Confirmation, each Component Transaction (a) constitutes a separate and independent Credit Derivative Transaction between Party A and Party B with respect to one of the Reference Entities listed in the Relevant Annex, (b) shall not be affected by any other Credit Derivative Transaction between Party A and Party B and (c) shall operate independently of each other Component Transaction in all respects.
None of the Issuer, the Swap Counterparty or the Calculation Agent or any of their respective affiliates will have any obligation to keep investors informed as to any matters with respect to the Reference Entities or any of their obligations, including whether or not circumstances exist that give rise to the possibility of the occurrence of a Credit Event or a Succession Event with respect to the Reference Entities.

Reference Amount is calculated by summing the Reference Amounts of all the Reference Obligations in the Reference Portfolio and dividing such amount by the sum of the number of Reference Entities in the Reference Portfolio.
