  • The provision and funding of any such incentives shall be the sole responsibility of the Party having jurisdiction over the Development or Redevelopment Proposal, unless the Parties agree to the contrary in a written amendment to this Agreement.

  • At any time after receipt of approvals of the Redevelopment Proposal pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law and applicable State and County approvals, Interim Redeveloper may apply for a Long Term Tax Exemption (“LTTE”) pursuant to NJSA 40A:20-1 et seq.
