Redetermination definition

Redetermination means any Scheduled Redetermination or Special Redetermination.
Redetermination means a review of eligibility outside of regularly scheduled renewals. Redeterminations that result in the assignment of a new renewal date are considered renewals.
Redetermination means a reevaluation of disability under ORS 656.267, 656.268(10), 656.273, and 656.325.

Examples of Redetermination in a sentence

  • Within three (3) Business Days of its receipt of a New Borrowing Base Notice, the Borrower may provide written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders that specifies for the period from the effective date of the New Borrowing Base Notice until the next succeeding Scheduled Redetermination Date, the Borrowing Base will be a lesser amount than the amount set forth in such New Borrowing Base Notice, whereupon such specified lesser amount will become the new Borrowing Base.

  • Such amount shall then become the Borrowing Base until the next Scheduled Redetermination Date, the next redetermination or modification thereof hereunder.

  • The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide an updated Bank Price Deck to the Borrower promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, following (i) its receipt of a request by the Borrower or (ii) its request for an Interim Redetermination.
