Redemption Proceeds definition
Redemption Proceeds means any proceeds in any applicable currency from a redemption in respect of the Charged Assets in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Charged Assets.

The Company’s payment of the Mandatory Redemption Proceeds shall be applied ratably to all of the holders of the then outstanding Notes which exercise the right to require a Mandatory Redemption on the basis of their (or their predecessor’s) initial purchases of Notes pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Shares may be issuedin a Fund with voting rights or with no voting rights as specified in the Relevant Supplement;
