Redemption Obligations means with respect to any Person all mandatory redemption obligations of such Person with respect to preferred stock or other equity securities issued by such Person or put rights in favor of the holder of such preferred stock or other equity securities, to the extent that such redemption obligations or put rights will arise prior to the stated maturity of the Obligations.
