Redemption Instructions means the instructions provided by the Holder to the Company and the Trust which in the Company’s reasonable opinion are sufficient to allow the Company to effect the delivery or sale of the Bullion in accordance with the Constitution and the Prospectus relating to the relevant Metal Securities.
