If a Special Event shall have occurred and be continuing (as of the time of giving notice of redemption), the Company, at its option, may redeem the Notes, in whole but not in part, upon payment of the aggregate Special Event Redemption Amounts.
Notwithstanding that failure to repay this Note in full by the Maturity Date is an Event of Default, the Redemption Dates shall continue after the Maturity Date pursuant to this Section 8 until the Outstanding Balance is repaid in full, provided that the aggregate Redemption Amounts in any given calendar month following an Event of Default may exceed the Maximum Monthly Redemption Amount.

Covered Bonds redeemed pursuant to this Condition 6.2 (Redemption for taxation reasons) will be redeemed at their Early Redemption Amount referred to in Condition 6.7 (Early Redemption Amounts) together (if appropriate) with interest accrued to (but excluding) the date of redemption.
