Redeemable Securities definition

Redeemable Securities means Securities of any Series or Issue which may be redeemed, at the option of the Company, prior to the Stated Maturity thereof, on the terms specified in or pursuant to the Authorizing Resolution relating to such Series or Issue and in accordance with Article Eleven herein.
Redeemable Securities means Securities of any Series which may be redeemed, at the option of the Company, prior to the Stated Maturity thereof, on the terms specified in or pursuant to the Authorizing Resolution and/or supplemental indenture relating to such Series and in accordance with Article 3A herein.
Redeemable Securities means any Securities that are by their terms or otherwise required to be repurchased or redeemed prior to the Stated Maturity of the Securities, or are repurchaseable or redeemable at the option of the Company at any time prior to the Stated Maturity of the Securities.

"Representative" shall have the meaning provided in Section 12.01. "Required Currency" shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.16. "SEC" means the Securities and Exchange Commission. "Securities" means the Securities, as amended or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Indenture, of the Company of any Series that are issued under this Indenture. "Security Register" shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.04.
Redeemable Securities means: (i) all Units issued by the Company in the offering which is the subject of the Memorandum; and (ii) all units issued by the Company in the May 1996 Offering.
Redeemable Securities of any Person means any Capital Stock of such Person which by its terms (or by the terms of any security into which it is convertible or for which it is exchangeable or exercisable), upon the happening of any event or otherwise (a) matures or is mandatorily redeemable or subject to any mandatory repurchase requirement, pursuant to a sinking fund obligation or otherwise, (b) is convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for Indebtedness or Redeemable Securities or (c) is redeemable or subject to any repurchase requirement arising at the option of the holder thereof, in whole or in part, in each case on or prior to the first anniversary of the Maturity Date.
Redeemable Securities means the Convertible Notes and the Redeemable Shares.
