Redeemable definition

Redeemable means, with respect to any Equity Interest, any such Equity Interest that (a) the issuer has undertaken to redeem at a fixed or determinable date or dates, whether by operation of a sinking fund or otherwise, or upon the occurrence of a condition not solely within the control of the issuer or (b) is redeemable at the option of the holder.

  • Redeemable Statement Credits you earn under a Referral Program will typically be credited to your rewards account within 90 days after you make a successful referral in accordance with these Terms.

Redeemable shall not be deemed to refer to Offers to Purchase or to repurchases pursuant to Section 4.10 or similar offers or repurchases.
