Redeemable definition

Redeemable means, with respect to any Equity Interest, any such Equity Interest that (a) the issuer has undertaken to redeem at a fixed or determinable date or dates, whether by operation of a sinking fund or otherwise, or upon the occurrence of a condition not solely within the control of the issuer or (b) is redeemable at the option of the holder.
Redeemable means, with respect to any Equity Interest, any Debt or any other right or Obligation, any such Equity Interest, Debt, right or Obligation that (a) the issuer has undertaken to redeem at a fixed or determinable date or dates, whether by operation of a sinking fund or otherwise, or upon the occurrence of a condition not solely within the control of the issuer or (b) is redeemable at the option of the holder.
Redeemable means, with respect to any capital stock, Debt or other right or Obligation, any such right or Obligation that (a) the issuer has undertaken to redeem at a fixed or determinable date or dates, whether by operation of a sinking fund or otherwise, or upon the occurrence of a condition not solely within the control of the issuer or (b) is redeemable at the option of the holder.

  • There have been no cancellation, repurchase, resale and repayment of debts and equity securities in the current quarter and financial period to-date other than the conversion of 74,800 Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (“RCPS”) into new ordinary shares at a conversion ratio of 1 RCPS : 1 ordinary share of the Company.

Redeemable means, with respect to the capital stock of any Person, each share of such Person's capital stock that is:
Redeemable shall not be deemed to refer to Offers to Purchase or to repurchases pursuant to Section 4.10 or similar offers or repurchases.
