Contractor shall deliver any and all Solid Waste collected from any Commercial Customer 252 who is not participating in a source separated Recycling program to the Approved Mixed Waste 253 Processing Facility for Processing.
Participation includes providing educational and public outreach information and promotional giveaways in an effort to promote the Agency’s waste reduction and Recycling program goals.

The CONTRACTOR shall provide Recycling services to all MFD Service Units requesting such service where such recyclables are properly containerized, and uncontaminated by materials not included in the Recycling program, in Bins or Carts, where the Bins or Carts are accessible as set forth herein.
