Recurring Services definition

Recurring Services means services generally offered on an ongoing basis and paid for in regular monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.

• Status Page Customer will be given access to a Status Page to monitor the availability of Recurring Services in real time (response time and availability rate).

• For the avoidance of doubt, during the 30-day period following termination of this Agreement Customer will not have access to the Recurring Services save for the purpose of retrieving Customer Content as provided above.
