Rectification definition

Rectification means, following the occurrence of an Event, making good the Event so that the subject matter of the Event complies with the levels of performance required pursuant to this Agreement, including (a) restoring all functional capability and (b) ensuring that all affected Functional Units comply with the Availability Condition; “Rectify” and “Rectified” will be construed accordingly;
Rectification has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications]; “Rectification Period” has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Payments];

Examples of Rectification in a sentence

  • Once such Rectification Plan is agreed between the Parties (without the Buyer limiting its rights) the Supplier must immediately start work on the actions in the Rectification Plan at its own cost.

  • The Buyer may request that the Supplier provide a Rectification Plan within 10 Working Days of the Buyer’s request alongside any additional documentation that the Buyer requires.

  • The Supplier shall submit the revised draft of the Rectification Plan to the Customer for review within five (5) Working Days (or such other period as agreed between the Parties) of the Customer’s notice rejecting the first draft.
