Record Document definition

Record Document means, with respect to any Leasehold Property, (i) the lease evidencing such Leasehold Property or a memorandum thereof, executed and acknowledged by the owner of the affected real property, as lessor, or (ii) if such Leasehold Property was acquired or subleased from the holder of a Recorded Leasehold Interest, the applicable assignment or sublease document, executed and acknowledged by such holder, in each case in form sufficient to give such constructive notice upon recordation and otherwise in form reasonably satisfactory to Collateral Agent.
Record Document means Contractor’s As-Built Documents, testing and inspection records, product data, samples, manufacturer and distributor/supplier warranties evidencing transfer of ownership to Owner, operational and maintenance manuals, approved shop drawings, Certified Diverse Business Report, correspondence that is material to the Contract Documents, certificate(s) of occupancy, Close-Out documents, and other documents recording performance of the Work.
Record Document means the as-built Plans, Specifications, testing and inspection records, product data, samples, manufacturer and distributor/supplier warranties evidencing transfer to Owner, operational and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, Change Orders, correspondence, certificate(s) of occupancy, and other documents listed in Subsection B.9.1 of these General Conditions, recording all Services performed. conditions that remove from, add to, or modify these General Conditions. Supplemental General Conditions may be included in the Solicitation Document or may be a separate attachment to the Contract.

Examples of Record Document in a sentence

  • On a daily basis, Subcontractor will be responsible for obtaining the approving signature of Owner or Owner’s representative on each Cost Record Document for any work so performed.

  • Any conflicting terms or conditions on any Cost Record Document or other form or document shall be of no force or effect.

  • Contractor’s signature on any Cost Record Document or any similar document may constitute acknowledgement that the work was done, but does not constitute any agreement or admission that Subcontractor is entitled to an adjustment in the contract price.

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION, means the date when the City accepts in writing the construction, alteration or repair of the improvement to real property or any designated portion thereof as having reached that state of completion when it may be used or occupied for its intended purpose. Substantial Completion of facilities with operating systems occurs only after thirty (30) continuous Days of successful, trouble-free operation of the operating systems as provided in Section K.4.2. The Work shall not be considered Substantially Complete if items remaining to be completed cannot be completed without disruption to building occupants.
