If Customer’s Licenses or Services are suspended pursuant to this Section 9.4 and QTS determines, in its sole discretion, to reconnect Customer Space or Services, Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any other fees or sums for Licenses or Services owing under this Agreement, the Reconnection Fee.
In order to reconnect Broadband Internet Service, the Subscriber shall pay a Reconnection Fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule.

If we suspend the Service(s) for non-payment and subsequently resume the Service(s) we reserve the right to charge you a Reconnection Fee at the prevailing rate set out in the Price List.
