Reconnection Fee definition

Reconnection Fee means the penalty fee imposed on a defaulting debtor
Reconnection Fee means a fee of $175 per hour billed in quarter-hour increments for each hour or partial hour spent by QTS reconnecting the Services provided Customer.
Reconnection Fee means the penalty fee imposed on a defaulting debtor appearing on the debt collection action list, and is due and payable irrespective if the services have been suspended or not.

Examples of Reconnection Fee in a sentence

  • If Customer’s Licenses or Services are suspended pursuant to this Section 9.4 and QTS determines, in its sole discretion, to reconnect Customer Space or Services, Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any other fees or sums for Licenses or Services owing under this Agreement, the Reconnection Fee.

  • In order to reconnect Broadband Internet Service, the Subscriber shall pay a Reconnection Fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • If Customer’s Licenses or Services are suspended pursuant to this Section 9.4 and QTS determines, in its sole discretion,·to reconnect Customer Space or Services, Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any other fees or sums for Licenses or Services owing under this Agreement, the Reconnection Fee.

  • If the suspension was based on Client's breach of its obligations under the Agreement, then GDT may continue to charge the fees for the Services during the suspension and may charge the Reconnection Fee upon reinstatement of the Services.

  • If we suspend the Service(s) for non-payment and subsequently resume the Service(s) we reserve the right to charge you a Reconnection Fee at the prevailing rate set out in the Price List.


More Definitions of Reconnection Fee

Reconnection Fee means the fee charged for reconnection of electricity/water supply when the supply has been disconnected due to non-payment, for which the fee will be determined;
