Reconciliation Statement definition
Reconciliation Statement means the statement issued by Service Provider to Client every Billing Period for reconciliation between the Parties, which shall set out details including but not limited to Power Consumption, the applicable Actual Hosting Unit Price, the Online Status Ratio, Online Average Hashrate (T/s), Power Loss, Hosting Fees chargeable, Operation and Maintenance Fee chargeable, any occurrence of interruption or suspension of any Service during such Billing Period, the form of which is set out in APPENDIX IV hereto.
Reconciliation Statement as defined in Section 5.01(d)(ii)(i).
Reconciliation Statement means the statement issued by Service Provider to NORTHSTAR every Billing Period for reconciliation between the Parties, which shall set out details including but not limited to Power Consumption, the applicable Actual Hosting Unit Price, the Online Status Ratio, Hosting Fees chargeable, any occurrence of interruption or suspension of any Service during such Billing Period, the form of which is set out in APPENDIX II hereto.
Examples of Reconciliation Statement in a sentence
CPC may deliver a written objection to the Reconciliation Statement within thirty (30) calendar days of its receipt thereof (“Objection Notice”).
If such Objection Notice is not received by the Manager within such thirty-day period, the Reconciliation Statement delivered by the Manager to CPC shall be construed as final and binding.
If such Objection Notice is timely made and not resolved within fifteen (15) days following the Manager’s receipt thereof, CPC may engage an Independent Actuary to resolve the disputed items in the Objection Notice and make any resulting adjustments to the Integrated Unit Net Savings, the PY Special Distribution, or the Reconciliation Statement, as applicable.
More Definitions of Reconciliation Statement
Reconciliation Statement for the purposes of clause 11, shall mean a statement showing the following information for each Product by Catalogue Number and Format:
1.35.1 separately in relation to each Quarter:
1.35.1.1 whether the retention was claimed under clause 11.1 or 11.2;
1.35.1.2 the retention percentage applied in that Quarter;
1.35.1.3 the Net Shipments in that Quarter;
1.35.1.4 the total number of Shipments against which royalties have been retained in relation to that Quarter; and
1.35.1.5 the total number of Shipments for which royalties have been paid in relation to that Quarter;
1.35.2 where the retention was claimed under clause 11.1 or 11.2, the Release date; and
1.35.3 a summary of 1.35.1.4 and 1.35.1.5 for the total of all the relevant Quarters.

Reconciliation Statement has the meaning set out in paragraph 4.3 of Schedule 7;
Reconciliation Statement means a reconciliation statement under section 155;
Reconciliation Statement means such Statement described in Section 5(b)(i) below.
