Pursuant to the relevant regulations such as the Corporate Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Individual Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises (G.K.F.H. [2016] No. 32), the corporate income tax was calculated and paid as per 15% in 2024.
