Receiving Hours definition

Receiving Hours means the period of time designated by the facility solid waste permit, or otherwise approved by the Secretary, within the operating hours that the solid waste facility accepts solid waste for disposal.

Receiving Hours means from 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday (except Holidays), or such other hours as may be established in writing from time to time by the Company Representative for the Transfer Station. No trailers may be brought to the Landfill or removed from the Landfill in the period of 10:00 p.m. Saturday to 5:00 a.m.

Examples of Receiving Hours in a sentence

  • Delivery (Deliver or Delivered or other variations thereof) means arrival of Franchised Hauler at the Site entrance during Facility Receiving Hours for the purposes of Acceptance.

Receiving Hours means those 10 hours per day, between 6:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, and 6:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) Saturdays, during which deliveries of Acceptable Materials will be accepted at the Facility, except for holidays designated by Rockland Green.
