Effective June 1, 2001, the Employer shall contribute one percent (1%) of gross labor payroll of each employee covered by this agreement to the Administration and Receiving Fund.
The Trustee shall disburse the Special Facilities Charges from the Receiving Fund as provided in the Ordinance.
