Receivables Facilities definition

Receivables Facilities means one or more receivables financing facilities or arrangements, as amended from time to time, pursuant to which the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries sells (including a sale in exchange for a promissory note of or Equity Interest in an Accounts Receivable Subsidiary) its accounts receivable, related assets and the provision of billing, collection and other services in connection therewith, in each case to an Accounts Receivable Subsidiary.

Receivables Facilities means any facility that provides for Qualified Receivables Transactions.

Receivables Facilities has the meaning set forth in the EFH Indenture or the EFIH Indenture, as applicable.

• Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, engage at any time to any material respect in any business or business activity substantially different from any business or business activity conducted by any of them on the Closing Date or any Similar Business, and in the case of a Receivables Entity, Qualified Receivables Facilities and related activities.

Receivables Facilities means, collectively, the U.S. DFS Commercial Receivables Facilities, the U.S. Revolving Consumer Receivables Facility and the EMEA Receivables Facility.
