Recapitalization Documents definition

Recapitalization Documents means the Recapitalization Agreement, the Reorganization Agreement and the Transition Agreements.
Recapitalization Documents means the Merger Agreement, the Exchange Agreement and the Stockholders' Agreement, each document attached as an exhibit to any such agreement and each document attached as an exhibit to each document attached as an exhibit to any such agreement.
Recapitalization Documents means the Recapitalization Agreement, including all exhibits and schedules thereto, and all other agreements, documents and instruments relating to the Redemption and Recapitalization Distribution, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and of this Agreement.

Recapitalization Documents the Recapitalization Agreement and each other document or agreement relating to the Recapitalization as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
