Recalls of the Compounds shall be governed by the terms of the Clinical Quality Agreement.
The Employer may, at its sole discretion, subcontract work normally performed by employees covered by this Agreement provided that no qualified employee is laid off as a result, or no qualified employee is available for recall or available during the recall period in accordance with the Layoffs, Recalls and Employment Rights provisions (in Article 12).
Recalls shall be conducted in reverse order of the process by which layoffs are effected.
Recalls from layoff shall be made by written notice sent by certified mail to the employee's last address of record.
Recalls to work shall be made on the basis of the most senior employee within the unit division who has previously held the classification.
