Rebate Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09 of this Indenture. Rebate Fund

Upon termination of your Rebate Agreement, you shall, as directed by us, destroy or return to us all Customer Data in your possession.
Your obligation to us defined in this section 3.6 shall survive termination of your Rebate Agreement.
