Realisation Date definition

Realisation Date has the meaning set out in Clause ‎18.1;
Realisation Date means, for the purposes of substituting any Fund Share pursuant to Product Condition 4.2.3:
Realisation Date means the date an exchange item is realised;

Examples of Realisation Date in a sentence

  • The Trustee will apply such moneys in accordance with the relevant Order of Priority on the Deemed Realisation Date and on such other dates as it deems appropriate.

  • If the Market Price is below $266 on the third anniversary of the Grant Date or the Realisation Date, the Executive Interest has no value.
