Realisation Amount definition

Realisation Amount means the net proceeds of realisation of, or enforcement with respect to, the Security Interests over the Mortgaged Property (following payment of all amounts due to the Trustee or, as the case may be, the Selling Agent, including any costs, expenses and taxes incurred in connection with such realisation or enforcement).
Realisation Amount means the net proceeds of realisation of, or enforcement with respect to, the Collateral Assets in a Collateral Pool following payment of all Enforcement Expenses and, where applicable, following payment of any amount which is payable in priority to amounts due in respect of the Secured Securities which are secured by such Collateral Pool in accordance with the Priority of Payments;

Realisation Amount means the net realisation proceeds of the MTM Adjustable Assets following payment in full of all Enforcement Expenses;

Realisation Amount means, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Issue Terms, the equivalent in the Specified Currency of the net proceeds of the realisation or, as the case may be, redemption of the Mortgaged Property (or, as the case may be, part thereof) and/or, if applicable, the net proceeds due (if any) as a result of the termination (in whole or in part as the case may be) of any Charged Agreement and/or, if applicable, enforcement of the Credit Support Document(s) received by or on behalf of the Issuer (or, in the case of enforcement, by or on behalf of the Trustee), having taken into account, for the avoidance of doubt, any costs and expenses which may be incurred by or on behalf of the Issuer or, as the case may be, the Trustee, including taxes and other charges in connection with the delivery or sale of any Charged Assets, to the extent the net proceeds are received in respect thereof; and
