Realignment means the transfer of (i) a Historic Dow Entity out of TDCC such that the Historic Dow Entity was no longer a Subsidiary of TDCC but was a Subsidiary of DowDuPont, or (ii) a Historic DuPont Entity out of DuPont such that the Historic DuPont Entity was no longer a Subsidiary of DuPont but was a Subsidiary of DowDuPont, Dow or TDCC.
