Real Property Mortgage definition

Real Property Mortgage means any mortgage, deed of trust, assignment of leases and rents or other security document granting a Lien on any owned real property and improvements thereto to secure the Obligations delivered after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 5.14 or 5.15. Each Real Property Mortgage shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and be subject to the approval of the Borrower (such approval not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Real Property Mortgage means the Real Property Leasehold Mortgage; Security Agreement; Assignment of Rents and Leases; and Financing Statement dated as of October 30, 2006 substantially in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto and executed by Stanford American Samoa Holdings, Limited, an American Samoa corporation, in favor of the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders and the Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Real Property Mortgage means each document listed as such on Schedule 1.01B. “Register” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(c).
