It is further hereby agreed that such a Beneficiary shall not at any time take the benefit, directly or indirectly, of any additional right in respect of any other security interest granted to the Security Agent for the benefit of the Beneficiaries pursuant to the Security Documents to compensate for such a Beneficiary not having the benefit of any security interest in the Real Estate Security.
