Readmission definition

Readmission means the transfer by the Requesting State and admission by the Requested State of persons (nationals of the Requested State, third country nationals or stateless persons) who have been found illegally entering, being present in or residing in the Requesting State, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Readmission

Readmission means an individual who is readmitted to an NF from a hospital to which the individual was transferred for the purpose of receiving acute inpatient care.
