Re-export definition

Re-export means export of any specimen that has previously been imported;
Re-export means any movement from the territory of the Union of bluefin tuna which had been previously imported into the territory of the Union;
Re-export means the exportation of a consignment, which has been imported into EU territory and subsequently been found to be non-compliant, to the country of origin or another third country, which has agreed to accept it.

Re-export. ’ means an imported consignment into the Republic from which it is then exported;
