Re-evaluation definition

Re-evaluation means a repeat evaluation of the written answer-booklet by a different examiner based on submission of appropriate application with due fees thereof by the candidate, after announcement of the result and obtaining a photocopy of the answer-booklet, when sufficient grounds exist for such a request.
