Re-certification definition

Re-certification means the process by which the DMC certified clinic and/or satellite program is required to submit an application and specified documentation, as determined by DHCS, to remain eligible to participate in and be reimbursed in through the DMC program. Re-certification shall occur no less than every five years from the date of previous DMC certification or re-certification.
Re-certification means confirmation from an appropriately qualified medical practitioner that a person residing at the customer’s supply address continues to require life support equipment.
Re-certification means renewal of a user's initial certification every two years.

More Definitions of Re-certification

Re-certification means certification of an aircraft with or without a revision to its certification noise levels, to a Standard different to that to which it was originally certificated.
