RDG definition

RDG means the Rail Delivery Group (a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales under number 08176197); and
RDG means the Rail Delivery Group Limited (company number 08176197) (including any of its successors and assigns) whose principal place of business is at 2nd Floor, ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, which is responsible for preserving and enhancing the benefits for passengers of Britain’s national rail network policy formulation and communications on behalf of the whole rail industry;
RDG shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 E.

  • Upon such assignment, the term RDG as used in this Agreement shall thereafter mean the assignee of RDG.

RDG means the Rail Delivery Group, the body responsible for discharging the functions of ATOC from 24 October 2016;
