R&D Services definition

R&D Services has the meaning specified in Schedule B.
R&D Services means Additional Services and Key Individual Services.
R&D Services means the GE Provided R&D Services and the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Provided R&D Services, as applicable.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Developed Intellectual Property shall not include any Proprietary Rights that either of the Crown Entities hold or own prior to, or as a result of activities other than, performance of the R&D Services, and as between the Crown Entities and Constar, Inc., the Crown Entities own and at all times shall own all right, title and interest in and to such Proprietary Rights and to any improvements or modifications of such Proprietary Rights.

  • If either a R&D Services Provider or a R&D Services Recipient proposes changes in a Project, the R&D Services Providers and R&D Services Recipients for the applicable Statement of Work shall discuss such changes, but no changes shall be binding unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Subject to Section 3.01(e)(xiv), the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entities shall pay the fees, costs and expenses to GE Global Research for GE Provided R&D Services and the GE Entities shall pay the fees, costs and expenses to the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entities for ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Provided R&D Services (each individually, “R&D Fees”) as set forth in each Statement of Work.

  • Voyager shall have primary responsibility for carrying out each Collaboration R&D Plan for each Collaboration Program and shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with carrying out such Collaboration R&D Plans, except for costs and expenses associated with Genzyme In-Kind R&D Services, as described in Section 4.8 (Collaboration R&D Costs; Additional Funding; Genzyme In-Kind R&D FTE Costs; CHDI Funding) below.

  • If a R&D Services Provider requires any license or other rights to third-party Intellectual Property or Technology in order to provide R&D Services, such R&D Services Provider shall notify the applicable R&D Services Recipients in writing as soon as practicable after such R&D Services Provider identifies such a requirement.


More Definitions of R&D Services

R&D Services shall have the meaning given to them in the Transitional Services Agreement.
R&D Services means certain research & development services as described and mutually agreed in an SOW.
R&D Services means, collectively, Testing Services, CAD Services, Circuit Design Services, Project Control Services and Purchasing Services, all as defined on Exhibit A to this Agreement, and such other services as DSPGL and Corage from time to time agree to include in R&D Services.
R&D Services means Design Services and Development Services required for R&D or R&D Manufacturing. R&D Services may include creation of product definitions and functional requirements, schematics, product structure trees, electronic valve assignments, definition of test requirements, determination and resolution of manufacturing engineering issues, and the manufacture of one or more prototypes. CES Services are not included in the term R&D Services.

R&D Services. For R&D services as described in Section 2.2 of the Agreement, InCube will invoice Rani monthly for the actual hours of the scientists, engineers, technicians, purchasing, legal and quality assurance personnel. The billing will be calculated using an hourly billing rate for each of its employee’s services. The hourly billing rate will be calculated by adding the employee’s salary, fringe benefits and markup and dividing the total by 2,080 hours.
