R&D Plan definition

R&D Plan shall have the meaning, as such term is defined in the JDOA.
R&D Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
R&D Plan means the program of work, including the budget, agreed by the Management Committee as part of the Business Plan that relates to the formulation, biopharmaceutical and clinical development of the Products and such further research and development work as may be agreed by the Management Committee from time to time.

  • Apart from the updates of an R&D Plan, R&D Budget and related Collaboration Costs, the JSC shall have no power to amend or modify this Agreement, and no decision of the JSC or any other committee created by the Parties shall be in contravention of any terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Molecular Partners and Orano Med each represents and warrants that it and its Affiliates will perform their obligations under this Agreement and each R&D Program and R&D Plan in accordance with Applicable Laws and that each Party has and will maintain all applicable Regulatory Approvals required to conduct its activities under this Agreement.

  • Both Parties shall perform their respective activities under an R&D Plan, and more generally pursuant to this Agreement, and shall notify the other Party as promptly as possible in the event of any material delay or event that is likely to adversely affect the advance and progress of the Collaboration as contemplated by this Agreement, in particular progress under an R&D Plan.

  • Each Party shall (a) perform its obligations under an R&D Plan with reasonable due care and in conformity with Applicable Laws, (b) use Commercially Reasonable Efforts; and (c) procure appropriate quality assurance, quality controls and review procedures to secure good standard performance of its obligations hereunder.


More Definitions of R&D Plan

R&D Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a)(i).
R&D Plan means a plan approved by the Joint Steering Committee in accordance with Section 2.1, but no plan shall be for [ * ], describing the research and development of a Ribozyme Product and which contains the following information: (i) the Commencement Date; (ii) a definition of various end-points; (iii) the key goals and target dates to accomplish each goal, (iv) the requirements for success for each stage of development, and (v) the quantity of FTE support to be paid to RPI by LILLY.
R&D Plan means a written description which sets forth the plan for research and Development of products and services within the Exclusive Areas pursuant to JRB-approved NPCDs and Work Plans. In connection with each R&D Plan, the Parties will agree upon a budget (the “R&D Plan Budget”) in accordance with Section 4.7(a).
R&D Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
R&D Plan means a Research and Development plan for a Study providing the Research and Development activities to be conducted during the R&D Term, as such plan may be periodically reviewed by the Steering Committee (as may be requested by either party) and amended pursuant to Section 2.4.
R&D Plan means a plan of research and development for each Work Stream other than the Molecular Information Platform Program. The initial R&D Plans are attached as Appendix 1.64 and outline the work expected to be performed by FMI for the relevant Work Stream. Such plans may be updated from time to time as provided in this Agreement.
R&D Plan means either (i) the Isis Development Candidate-R&D Plan, or (ii) the Brain Shuttle Development Candidate-R&D Plan.
