RCP definition

RCP means the Kimberly-Clark Corporation Retirement Contribution Plan, as in effect from time to time.
RCP means the weighted average C&F price (FOB price plus freight on AFRA basis) of the basket of Arabian/Persian crude oils imported into Pakistan during the first six months periods of the seventh months immediately preceding the relevant Price Notification Periodas published in an internationally recognized publication acceptable to the Parties. C&F Price will be arrived at on the basis of FOB price of Arabian/Persian crude oils imported into Pakistan plus freight on AFRA, which is deemed chartered rates.
RCP has the meaning specified therefor in Section 4.26 of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Commencement Date shall not occur, unless and until RCP shall have received written confirmation from FINRA to the effect that FINRA's Corporate Financing Department has determined not to raise any objection with respect to the fairness and reasonableness of the terms of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
