This Agreement and funding is made available to Sponsor through the RCO.
The primary Sponsor is required to submit a reimbursement request to RCO, at a minimum for each project at least once a year for reimbursable activities occurring between July 1 and June 30 or as identified in the milestones.
For this restoration project, the Sponsor’s long-term obligations for the project area shall be for a minimum of ten (10) years, or more as specified in the Landowner Agreement, beginning at project completion, unless otherwise identified in the Agreement or as approved by the funding board or RCO.
The Sponsor shall notify RCO no later than two weeks before a dedication ceremony for this project.
