Raw Materials Inventory definition

Raw Materials Inventory means any raw materials used or consumed in the manufacture or production of other inventory including, without limitation, iron ore and sinter, coke, coal, limestone and other alloys and fluxes, but excluding steel scrap and iron scrap (it being understood that steel scrap and iron scrap shall be included in Inventory not constituting “Raw Materials”).
Raw Materials Inventory means all Inventory of the Borrower consisting of raw materials.
Raw Materials Inventory means any raw materials used or consumed in the manufacture or production of other inventory including, iron ore and sinter, coke, coal, limestone and other alloys and fluxes, steel scrap and iron scrap .

  • As to each item of Inventory that is identified by Borrowers as Eligible Finished Goods Inventory, or Eligible Raw Materials Inventory in a Borrowing Base Certificate submitted to Agent, such Inventory is (a) of good and merchantable quality, free from known defects, and (b) not excluded as ineligible by virtue of one or more of the excluding criteria (other than any Agent-discretionary criteria) set forth in the definition of Eligible Inventory.

  • All Interim Operating Losses related to the Raw Materials Inventory that are not transferred until the Final Closing Date shall be solely for Seller’s account.


More Definitions of Raw Materials Inventory

Raw Materials Inventory means, with respect to the Company, the consolidated raw materials and work-in-process inventory of the Company, net of reserves, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Raw Materials Inventory means, as of any date of determination, the amount representing raw materials inventory of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries that would appear on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such time prepared in accordance with GAAP.
Raw Materials Inventory means the Raw Materials acquired by Graceway pursuant to the Allergan Agreement.

Raw Materials Inventory means all Inventory that has been classified as "raw materials" Inventory in a manner consistent with the Company's current and historical practices, as reflected in its general ledger; provided that the items included within Raw Materials Inventory shall be consistent with the methodology used in the most recent Inventory Appraisal; and provided further that, in the event that the Company becomes the owner of a Subject Business, the Inventory of such Subject Business shall not be included in Raw Materials Inventory until (i) the Company owns such Inventory directly and free and clear of Liens other than Permitted Encumbrances and (ii) a supplemental Inventory Appraisal and Field Examination (which shall not be counted for purposes of the limits on the number of updates to the Inventory Appraisal and Field Examination required under subsection 6.11) shall have been performed with respect to such Inventory, with the scope and procedures associated with such Inventory Appraisal and Field Examination to be consistent with the scope and procedures associated with the initial Inventory Appraisal and Field Examination.
Raw Materials Inventory means Inventory of the Borrowers that is raw material such as ink, film, vinyl, velcro, board, laminate, shipping and packaging supplies.
